As we end the 2007 season, we would like to thank all that
supported our program and look forward to seeing you in the
new year.

First Serve Match Level 2007

Today is the first day of the Match Level for the First Serve
and everyone was eager to start.

Berlyn receives new racquets for college

Today was a special day seeing Berlyn return to the site to receive
racquets for her to play on her college team. I do remember when some of
her friends did not want her to play,I guess she proved them wrong (smile).

We will always be here for you Berlyn.

Fall 2007

As the juniors continue their tennis the older girls are now playing
better and will start practiceing on the ball machine. We are very
proud of them.

HP Makes Play-Off 2007

With great playing and team HP Firstservers made the 2007 play-offs. Getting ready

for Bank of the West event. Tyronda and Deja will attend this year.

HP FIRSERVERS TEAM TENNIS 500. MARK FOR 2007

Todays win now brings the HP FIRSTSERVERS to the 500 mark and looking
forward to the playoffs in the weeks to come. With the Bank of the West event
coming up we are keeping busy.

Hunter Point/First Serve Team Tennis 2007

First Team Tennis Match at Golden Gate great. Jaulen's first match he won 6-1-6-2. We

lost the match in a tiebreaker with a new member Saheed who played a great match.

Summer Tennis Kick-Off

Hunters Point/First Serve starts the 2007 summer season with fun and prizes. College

students return to assist - Tyronda Starks/Clark-Atlanta Univ. and Anthony Joyce/San Francisco State Univ.. With Team Tennis Starting July 9th and summer clinics starting. Arthur is smiling.

The New Year 2007

Having lost the YTA office in the Boys and Girls club, Hunters Point Youth Tennis Advantage/
First Serve continues the goal of introducing Tennis to the inner city youth. With our new
storage shed on court all equipment is on court.
