Come and we will tell you of our Head Coach Linda Paulding. While getting prizes and gifts
for juniors that did not get to the Championships at Stanford made sure that these prizes and
gifts were given during the Tennis Jam that YTA promoted. This was indeed a fantastic
gesture that our staff will always put our site members first, for as the event was promoted
to have these things it just was not true.

HP TEAM TENNIS 2006 SEASON FIRST MATCH JUNE 23RD

Great news today for Jake Hall at parks and rec. called to give starting match at
Golden Gate on the 23rd of this month. And that the first match will be with
the Golden Gate team. We look forward to the season and the new friends we
will meet and the experience.

Today was our site Tennis Jam to kick off the summer season and
let the community visit the site. Everyone had a great time and our
Board members Mike Skinner and Ron Grant came out and assisted.

The First Serve National Life Skills Curriulum Training at Crandon Park in Key Biscayne, Fl.
as allways gave us all the chance to relax and focus on new ideas to help empower our
young people as they do the game of tennis.

HP MEMBER RETURNS TO PASS ON SKILLS LEARNED

It is indeed a pleasure to have a player that has lived his childhood in Hunters Point Bayview
district of San Francisco to go off to college and return to share his skills and now college
experience with the upcoming juniors. For Coltyce Sanders has indeed returned for summer
break to assist his coach and the site he grew up in. He attends A&T University. Here we
are with his car he purchased to get around for the summer. We are most proud.

Stanford Univ. NCAA 1 Tennis Championships 2006

This weekend at the championships at Standford Univ. was indeed an event that will
continue to inspire or players to someday attend college. Coach Gould was very pleased
to see the juniors and let us go into the one indoor court. Coach Gould we thank you

Former YTA Executive Director Charles Higgens came out to stroke with the juniors,
was happy to meet Aushantee Dorton our junior instructor. We thank him for his continued
support.

Mothers day @ Stanford Uni.

As a historical event in the NCAA Div. 1 Championships of Tennis, the Mens and Womens
will be held together at Stanford Univ. Ca. Hunters Point is proud to announce their players
will attend this event and to support the effort to promote grass root players the chance to
attend the colleges they could one day attend.

Again Hunters Point YTA was paid a special visit from Trey Buchholz alone with YTA President
Mike Skinner.

UC BERKELEY OPEN HOUSE

Today we went to the Open House match between UC and STANFORD. The juniors
had the chance this year to go out on the court and win shirts and hats. It was a great
off work and going out with the everyone the first time this year. Robert Hughes bought
everyone food afterwards, so we say thank you in every way.
